You will be supported and coached through every element of the recruitment process from CV production to interview preparation and our dedicated consultants will be on hand long after you have started your new role.
1. Information Gather
In order to identify the right opportunities for you, we need to understand you. Through discussing your career history to date, ambition and things that are important to you, only then are we able to match you to the very best opportunities on the market.
2. The Boring Stuff
At this stage we need to carry out our checks to ensure you possess the right documentation to start a new role before committing you to any interview processes.
3. Identify Opportunities
Taking into account everything we have learnt about you, it is at this stage we will present you with opportunities that align with your skill set and requirements. We ensure to provide you with all the information relating to the role that you would need in order to make an informed decision.
4. Coaching and Support
At this stage we will support you in ensuring that your CV and application is a strong as it can be. When we have secured you an interview, we will dedicate as long as is necessary to ensuring you are completely prepared leaving no stone unturned.
5. Onboarding
Once you have secured an offer of employment, we will support you in completing all onboarding and employment checks so that you can get started in your new role as soon as possible. We will then be on hand long after you have started should there be anything you need.
