Who is our Managing Director

Stephen Foster

I am a seasoned professional with 10 years experience in the dynamic field of accountancy and finance recruitment. Throughout my career, I have honed my skills in identifying top talent and matching them with the right opportunities, contributing significantly to the success of numerous organisations across the UK.

Throughout my career I have established myself as one of the UKs ‘go to’ specialist when it comes to urgent, business critical interim requirements. Understanding the importance of proactively maintaining and generating new candidate relationships has meant that I have been successful in continually providing high calibre, time sensitive solutions for businesses across the country.

With a strong commitment to excellence, I have always immersed myself in my market and it’s ever changing landscape so that there is nobody better positioned in been able to support my clients and candidates.

Outside of the office, I have a fantastic fiancé and two incredible girls, who I cherish every single moment with. As an avid Leeds United fan I would like to think I am more resilient than most and I am also a very keen but struggling golfer – always more than happy to embarrass myself in front of clients and candidates on the course!


